Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Deputy Manager to work with individuals with complex needs?

Responsibilities of the role:

  • To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
  • Assist with individual referrals
  • Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
  • Ability to work 2 weekends per month
  • Assist with management of staff

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good organisational skills
  • Drivers license
  • Must be on call one weekend per month
