MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in North West London to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.

What’s on Offer

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:45pm
  • Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
  • Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Immediate start available
  • Notice periods considered
  • Independent private practice environment

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting business growth, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operational management of the practice
  • Ensuring systems and procedures run effectively and efficiently
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
  • Managing HR duties and practice compliance
  • Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
  • Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
  • Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
  • Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement

About You

  • Minimum 2 years UK dental practice management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Patient-focused, organised, and self-motivated
  • Experience within a private dental setting preferred
  • Confident managing team performance and operational targets
  • Valid DBS required

  • 2-surgery, fully computerised practice
  • Services include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Orthodontics
