We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Clinical Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of medical equipment management services across multiple healthcare sites nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in biomedical or clinical engineering. The successful candidate will manage and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction are achieved. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing clinical engineering services across multiple sites
- Leading and developing engineering teams
- Ensuring SLA/KPI performance targets are met
- Overseeing medical equipment maintenance and lifecycle management
- Supporting compliance, audits and quality processes
- Managing customer relationships and escalations
- Producing reports and supporting operational improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong biomedical/clinical engineering experience
- Previous leadership or management experience
