At Tezlom Healthcare, we specialise in providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to individuals across London in a variety of care settings such as residential, nursing homes, supported living services, and day centres. Right now, we are growing our superstar team and looking for kind, reliable, and empathetic people to join us as Care Assistants and Support Workers, working in the Barnet, New Barnet area.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support)
  • Supporting daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication prompts
  • Providing companionship, emotional support, and helping clients stay connected with family and community
  • Promoting independence and enabling clients to engage in meaningful activities and hobbies
  • Following individual care plans to deliver person-centred support

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful nature
  • Reliability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to commute reliably within North London - Barnet

Essential:

  • Full UK right to work (no sponsorship/skilled workers - we are not taking on anyone with visa restrictions)
  • Previous care experience (must have at least 6 months experience within the UK)
