P&M Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading construction company in London, who are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented CAD/Revit Technicians to become valued members of their Building Services division. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess a passion and an eagerness to develop their professional skills within a dynamic environment. My client is looking for experienced candidates, but is happy to take someone at Junior level, who will welcome the opportunity to be trained to the company standard, whilst fostering the commitment to learn along with professional growth. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with experienced engineers and technicians, receiving mentorship and hands-on experience to further their career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining CAD and Revit models for building services projects
  • Collaborating with engineers and project teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of design solutions
  • Supporting the documentation and coordination of technical drawings

Requirements
