A leading luxury retail brand is looking for a highly organised and creatively minded Brand Communications & Creative Operations Specialist to join their EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in brand communications, creative coordination, design support, or visual operations who thrives in a fast‐paced luxury environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior creative leadership across EMEA, supporting brand image, communications, creative operations, and design execution across multiple retail markets.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of the creative and brand function, supporting communication, coordination, and operational delivery across retail and creative teams. You will help ensure campaigns, launches, and creative initiatives are executed seamlessly across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the EMEA creative installation and campaign calendar
  • Creating and distributing creative communications, weekly updates, and project documents to regional teams and stores
  • Supporting brand image and creative operations across retail channels
  • Producing visually engaging presentations, imagery decks, and communication materials for global stakeholders
  • Liaising with international teams, including New York headquarters
  • Supporting seasonal launches, creative logistics, and store installations
  • Assisting with training materials, retail standards guides, and visual education tools
  • Acting as a key user for internal communication and task management platforms
  • Supporting cross‐functional creative and operational projects across EMEA

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within a luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or creative brand environment
  • Strong background in brand communications, creative coordination, design support, or visual operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident creating presentations, visual documents, and branded communication materials
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
  • A genuine interest in branding, creative, design, and luxury retail
