Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).

What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the coordination and compilation of internal reporting required to communicate the Northern Europe zone monthly financial results & associated commentary to the Northern Europe Executive team and Group Management in Paris.
- Preparing draft presentation templates, completing specified presentation slides and ad hoc analysis as may be required to support our financial reporting.
- Liaising with business contacts to ensure all presentation slides prepared to a professional standard and deadlines met.
- Act as an interface for Central Finance with our Operational Finance teams for the purpose of internal reporting related to the financial and operational performance of those business lines with particular reference to Revenue, EBITDA and CAPEX versus Budget and Prior Year results.
- Review and assess information provided by the business to ensure a clear understanding and challenge where appropriate.
- To support our Zone efficiency plan reporting by interfacing with the business to secure new projects to report & ensuring appropriate documentation provided.
- To support the preparation of our Zones Long Term Plan by assisting with planning, excel modelling, business support, analysis & review.
- To coordinate submission of Financial related Office of National Statistics submissions.
What we're looking for:
- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel intermediate (pivot tables, lookups & sumif)
- A confident, proactive individual who has good attention to detail.
- Strong communicator (verbal and written)
- A team player
- University degree or Business School or AAT level 4.
- Desirable: knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Slides & Google Sheets.
- Experience of using Workday ERP.
