Logistics Co-ordinator required in Coalville to join a small logistics department. The hours of work will be 5 hours per day, 8-8.30am start to 1-1.30pm finish - Monday to Friday. Pay rate approx £13.00 per hour.

Candidates will have:

  • Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office - including Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in using databases, email and ERP based systems
  • Numeracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels within a Global organisation
  • Ability to show initiative

The job involves:

  • Booking goods in
  • Preparing delivery information paperwork
  • Booking goods out
  • Booking couriers/Commercial invoices/Tracking shipments
  • Updating delivery dates on the CRM database
  • Taking perpetual inventory on a weekly basis
