We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Telesales Assistant to join a busy and growing motor industry business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on achieving targets.

As a Telesales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting customers, generating sales opportunities, and building strong client relationships over the phone. You will work within a target-driven environment while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records using internal systems.

In the Telesales Assistant role, your duties will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Providing excellent customer service and product support
  • Working towards monthly sales targets
  • Processing orders and updating customer information
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems daily
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting the wider sales team where required

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Essential motor industry knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Confidence working towards targets
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within a similar role (desirable)
  • Welsh language skills (desirable but not essential)
  • A positive and proactive attitude

In return you will receive a Salary up to £31,500 (depending on experience), working 45 hours week, Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays (to be discussed). Initially on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Full training and ongoing support as well as an opportunity to work within an established and supportive team and long-term career prospects within the business.
