Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term project based in Anglesey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a year-long scheme delivering a new build care home refurbishment within a live residential environment.

Project Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will involve managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Start Date ASAP

Duration Approx. 11 months

Day Rate / Salary Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all site operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing subcontractors and site labour
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
  • Coordinating works within a live residential environment
  • Monitoring programme and reporting progress
  • Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Liaising with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining site records including RAMS, site diaries, and QA documentation

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • eDBS
  • Proven experience working within residential environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
