Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits and assist with external customer and certification audits.
  • Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop inspection and test procedures.
  • Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
  • Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 or similar industry standards.
  • Experience in using MRP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Microsoft Office package, Excel Advanced.
  • Previous involvement in environmental or health & safety systems.
