Are you confident managing children’s behaviour in a Primary School setting? Do you have a calm and positive approach during busy lunchtime periods? Are you looking for flexible temporary supply work within a supportive Primary School?
The school is looking to appoint a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor on a temporary supply basis. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunchtime, promoting positive behaviour, ensuring the safety of all children, and supporting a calm and enjoyable dining and playtime environment.
The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient and approachable manner
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
