elmont Recruitment is on the lookout for passionate and experienced Outreach Workers to join a dynamic team in Merseyside on a rolling fixed-term contract (3 months+). If you're ready to make a real difference, this is your opportunity! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with and assessing individuals within the street population who face complex challenges. Whether you're working in a street or hub setting, you'll be creating tailored action plans to help address “rough sleeping” and street activity, driving real change in people's lives.
Key Details
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Contract Length: 3/6 months (+ potential for ongoing work)
- Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour
