Are you ready to step into a new exciting leadership role where you can use and share your passion for working with and supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs? If so, we would like to hear from you as we seek a skilled Service Manager to work across supported living services in Liverpool.

Brook Street Social Care is proud to work with a leading provider of support and care to vulnerable people with learning disabilities, ABI, mental health issues, and complex support needs across the country. They are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care across adult services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a supportive and inclusive environment, making a real difference in people's lives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of 3 supported living services across Liverpool, including one new service opening this year, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth.
  • Develop personalised support plans that focus on individual needs and preferences.
  • Monitor service performance through audits, feedback, and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and staff appraisals to maintain a motivated, skilled workforce.
  • Complete regular supervisions and 1-1's with your team, mentoring and empowering them to succeed.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a leadership role within adult social care, especially with complex needs, mental health, and learning disabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications with a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards this.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the passion and commitment to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
  • Attend meetings and adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
  • Have sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and developing person-centred support plans.
