We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

  • Management experience within young people's residential services
  • RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Children's Homes National Minimum Standards
