Responsibilities
- Cost control and project management
- Subcontract procurement and account agreement
- Site surveys and reporting
- Preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Liaison with clients and internal teams
- Use of Schedules of Rates
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have strong commercial skills and run your own projects.
Qualifications
- Degree‑level qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean driving licence
