An established contractor with a strong reputation in building maintenance and refurbishment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to come and join this team.

Responsibilities

  • Cost control and project management
  • Subcontract procurement and account agreement
  • Site surveys and reporting
  • Preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Liaison with clients and internal teams
  • Use of Schedules of Rates

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have strong commercial skills and run your own projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree‑level qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full, clean driving licence
