Construction PM opportunity for this growing contractor, based in Liverpool. A well-established construction and property services company based in Liverpool is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects across the region. This role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, coordinating internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Role

  • End-to-end management of construction and property-related projects
  • Coordination of site teams, subcontractors and consultants
  • Programming, planning and monitoring project progress
  • Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting alongside the commercial team
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standards
  • Managing risk, change control and problem resolution
  • Project handovers

Candidate

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager within construction or property services; working on projects up to £1.5m
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing programmes
  • Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working within live commercial site environments
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred
