We are recruiting for an NPD Manager role on behalf of a leading Food Manufacturer. The company is looking for people with drive, who are passionate about New Product Development and enjoy being hands-on. You will be responsible for developing new products and processes to ensure that new products are progressed from concept, development, trial and testing stages through to launch.
The Ideal Candidates:
- Excellent team working and organisation skills, coupled with flair, passion and creativity for product development.
- Relevant NPD / Technical knowledge gained from a Food Manufacturing environment.
- Great leadership and communication skills, who can be influential within the team.
Salary Circa £45,000-£55,000 per annum plus excellent benefits package.
