My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor, who also work as a Principal Contractor on remediation projects. Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale projects exceeding £10M. The Role - Designer (Cladding)
Previous experience in cladding is essential. My client are currently seeking a Designer to join their established team of three designers, with projects all within Liverpool (very close to each other).
Duties
- Produce cladding construction detail drawings
- Prepare elevation, plan, fire barrier, and site investigation drawings
- Panel and sub-grid setting-out drawings
- Material take-offs and coordination with the Commercial team
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and photo records
Location
Liverpool. Site/Office attendance: Minimum three times per week.
