We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative in Ely (CB7) for a Housing Association. Our client is well‑respected within the community and its workers, known for investing in those dedicated to hard work.
The role involves maintaining greenspaces, gardens, and keeping domestic and public areas tidy and healthy. The role will involve using tools such as hedge trimmers, strimmers, mowers, and other equipment; prior experience is essential.
- Pay Rate: £16.78 per hour (Umbrella or CIS)
- Hours: 40 per week
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Duration: Ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain greenspaces, gardens, and other areas in a tidy and healthy condition.
- Use hedge trimmers, strimmers, mowers, and other maintenance tools.
- Work consistently to meet weekday and weekend schedules.
Requirements:
