A specialist SEND school based near Ely is looking to appoint Behaviour Support Assistants to join their dedicated pastoral and support team immediately.
These rewarding roles involve supporting pupils with additional needs both in and outside the classroom, helping to manage behaviour, promote positive engagement, and provide tailored support on a 1:1 and small group basis. Duties may also include safeguarding responsibilities, pastoral support, and general teaching assistant tasks.

Qualifications and Experience- Have previous experience working in a school setting or within a behaviour-based support role
