Are you a Semi‑Skilled Landscaper / Landscaper with experience in paving, fencing, and general landscaping / hard landscaping, who enjoys working on high‑end residential projects? A growing and well‑established landscaping company near Liphook is looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Semi‑Skilled Landscaper to join their hard landscaping team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of premium domestic and residential landscaping projects across Surrey and Hampshire. Projects are typically located within an hour to an hour and a half of Liphook, and a company van is supplied for work travel, or travel provided.

Working alongside experienced landscapers, the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of high‑quality outdoor spaces while developing their skills within a supportive team environment. Candidates must live within the Liphook area, have a full driving licence, and provide 2 x sources of references. Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Install paving, fencing, and hard landscaping features
  • Carry out garden maintenance and general landscaping duties
  • Assist with groundwork and site preparation
  • Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship on all projects
  • Communicate professionally with high‑end residential clients
  • Work effectively as part of a landscaping team
  • Travel to sites across Surrey and Hampshire
  • Power tool operation
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in hard landscaping
  • Knowledge of paving, fencing, and garden maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to commute to the yard near Liphook
  • CSCS Card preferred
  • DBS check preferred
  • Provide 2 x sources of references
