The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 £ per hour.

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Chef de Partie, initially it is 3 days a week – Friday – Sunday, may lead to full time for the right candidate (it’s up to you, if you prefer part time, you can carry on).

You must have experience of working in a very busy kitchen with traditional English selection where everything is prepared on site (no bought‑in dishes). You’ll be working in a team where everyone supports all roles so must have a pleasant approach with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of being able to produce our style of menu from scratch (every dish prepared fresh, not bought in) at volume in a very busy environment
  • Knowledge of profitability and margins
  • Demonstrates passion, innovation, professionalism, and care
  • Positive attitude and ability with experience of working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Thinks systematically, is organised and works using own initiative
  • Good team player and maintains effective relationships (we are a small team in the kitchen, working closely together in a pressurised environment)
  • Resilient and can work calmly under pressure
  • Good written and verbal skills

This could be a temp to perm role for the right candidate, full time, every other weekend off, no split shifts or nights, working in a fabulous environment with amazing produce. Starting salary is £14‑ negotiable.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
