Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans across KS3 and KS4.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning during lessons.
  • Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
  • Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, or youth work).
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
  • Confidence leading a classroom independently.
  • A flexible and professional approach.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
