Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts days and nights 06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
- Carrying out basic quality and technical checks
- Recording palletisation and assisting with the movement of finished goods to the warehouse
- Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework where required
- Maintaining a clean working environment and following 'clean as you go' procedures
- Working in line with strict health, safety, and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is desirable
- Forklift Truck (FLT) experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, honest, and punctual individuals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Strong team player who can also work independently when required
- Due to site location, own transport is essential
