Are you an experienced Electrician with a passion for keeping homes safe and well‑maintained? We’re recruiting for a Social Housing Maintenance Electrician to join a busy, well‑established repairs team across the Lincolnshire region.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, safety checks, and planned maintenance inside domestic social housing properties.
- Reactive and planned electrical repairs in occupied properties.
- Fault finding & diagnostics.
- Installing sockets, lighting, extractor fans & general electrical components.
- Carrying out EICRs and safety checks.
- Rewires and electrical upgrades (as required).
- Ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Qualifications
- 18th edition qualification 2391 / 2394/95 (or equivalent).
- Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance.
- Strong fault‑finding and testing skills.
- Friendly, customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
