Cook 40hrs (Elderly Care Home) Lincoln LN6 0PA Permanent £14.78 per hour. The shift pattern is 40 hours spread over 4 × 10hr days (7.30am‑6pm) working every other weekend. Based close to Hartsholme Country Park.

Overview: Working in an elderly nursing setting, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents that is varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. The role will also involve washing dishes and food preparation. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose‑built retirement care home.

You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional catering position. You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.
