We are seeking an experienced Lift Service/Repair Engineer to join a well-established independent company. You will carry out servicing, repairs, fault-finding, and callouts across Central London (approx. 90% of work).
Key Responsibilities- Service, maintain, and repair lifts
- Attend emergency callouts on a rota (1 week in 3, Mon 5pm - Mon 8am)
- Fault-finding and ensure lifts meet high standards
- Team-based servicing, including occasional Saturdays
- £220 standby allowance per callout week
- £70/£90 callout rates
- Overtime 1.33x weekdays / 1.5x weekends & Bank Holidays
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company van, phone/PDA, uniform, PPE provided
- Pension scheme, personal accident & illness cover
- Fuel, parking, congestion charges covered
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- 7+ years lift servicing experience
- Strong fault-finding skills & proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Full clean UK driving licence
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + 1 in 3 callout rota
