We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Dispatch Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems
- Liaise with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure timely despatch
- Prepare delivery documentation and labels
- Monitor and update spreadsheets and databases
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Support Health & Safety compliance and reporting
- Assist with general warehouse administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred
- Strong IT skills including warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
