We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Dispatch Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure timely despatch
  • Prepare delivery documentation and labels
  • Monitor and update spreadsheets and databases
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and reporting
  • Assist with general warehouse administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred
  • Strong IT skills including warehouse management systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
