The predicted salary is between 20000 - 23000 £ per year.

Salary: Basic £20,000 – £23,000 OTE £40,000 – £45,000 + Car allowance

Working hours: 5 day week Monday – Thursday 9am‑6:30pm, Friday 9am‑6pm, every other Saturday (day off in lieu). Driver & own car required.

Our client, an independent estate agent, is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with experience to join their branch based in Limehouse, covering the area of East London. You must be enthusiastic and have some knowledge of the property industry. They are looking for candidates who are hard working with a great work ethic, presentable and professional when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
  • Building relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting viewings
  • Keeping landlords constantly updated
  • Handling negotiations and queries
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry
  • Consistently provide exceptional client service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients
Qualifications:
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Proven track record in a Lettings environment
  • Punctual and well presented
  • Motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills / articulate
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
