We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing maintenance team, carrying out works across occupied social housing properties throughout Luton, Cambridge, Bedford and surrounding areas, extending up to Watford.
This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll be delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance while working independently and as part of a supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades
- Completing responsive repairs to a high standard within occupied social housing properties
- Working efficiently to manage your own workload and daily schedule
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a general maintenance/repairs role
- Confident working across a range of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, tiling)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Experience working in occupied social housing environments preferred
