Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for upcoming long-term works on a major infrastructure scheme at Sizewell C. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a high-profile project delivering complex reinforced concrete (RC) structures within a large-scale civil engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate RC structure works on site
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
  • Manage technical queries, RFIs, and liaise with design teams
  • Support Site Managers with daily operations and planning
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer on RC structures
  • Strong background in civil engineering projects (major infrastructure preferred)
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
  • CSCS card (essential)
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
