Junior Architectural Technician (28,000 - 32,000 + Training + Progression + Company benefits) – Leighton Buzzard
Are you an Architectural Assistant, Architecture Graduate, Architectural Technician or similar with experience in AutoCAD looking for a well‑established, tight‑knit architectural practice that offers ongoing training and mentorship? Do you want to join a small, collaborative team that provides full shadowing and mentoring to aid your training and support your long‑term career?
This role involves working in a busy design office and will involve all areas of design work, including detailing and conceptualising with AutoCAD, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and working on planning applications and building regulations. You will work on residential planning projects—new builds, conversions, and extensions—across the local region. The office manages designs from concept through to completion (RIBA stages 0‑6) including site visits. The practice is highly regarded locally and has won multiple awards for excellence.
