CV Screen is recruiting for a Billings Assistant to join a fantastic legal firm based in Central London. You will be joining a friendly, rapidly growing business who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home up to three days per week. Experience within the legal sector is a must for this position.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare, amend, and issue client bills to deadlines.
- Process time entries, disbursements, VAT, and adjustments.
- Manage client-specific billing requirements, including e-billing.
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
- Support fee earners, clients, and month-end processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Legal experience is a must for this role.
- Understanding of time recording, WIP, fees, and billing structures.
- Basic VAT awareness.
- Confident with Excel, Office, and practice management systems.
- Accurate data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
