A premier, rapidly growing manufacturing organisation in North Staffordshire is going through a multi-million-pound site investment and expansion phase. To support this exciting trajectory, they are introducing this brand-new position. While the company currently utilises the finance and supply chain elements of Infor M3, they need a dedicated technical lead to unlock the platform's full capabilities particularly by integrating and expanding it across production and manufacturing departments. This is a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy. You will serve as the site's ultimate system authority, driving efficiency and guiding cross-departmental teams to ensure the business is leveraging the platform correctly. Because this is a brand-new function within the business, the company is highly focused on securing top-tier talent. If you possess the functional expertise across the system, alongside proven experience leading a business through system utilisation and functionality, your salary expectations will be fully considered.
