We are looking for a senior support worker within our Leeds Extra Care Service in Richmond Hill. Your role will be to support the management team in the local oversight of people supported across a community as well as in accommodation-based settings. We are looking for a warm, flexible and motivated individual to provide person centred care at our extra support service which enables older people to live independently.
