The Role
An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team, managing costs across multiple residential conversion and refurbishment projects from initial feasibility through to final account.
Key Duties
- Cost planning, budgeting and reporting
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
- Supporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency
Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Background in residential, refurbishment or D&B projects (desirable)
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
