Key Duties

  • Cost planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
  • Supporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
  • Background in residential, refurbishment or D&B projects (desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
