SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants/ Learning Support Assistants to support primary and independent schools in Clapham and nearby areas of Wandsworth and Richmond. This is a flexible supply opportunity supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ideal for candidates looking for part‑time or full‑time work across a range of schools.
The Role
- Provide classroom support and help pupils remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.
- Working 1:1 with pupils or in small intervention groups.
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy learning activities.
- Supporting teachers with classroom organisation and lesson delivery.
- Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
- Helping maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Tutor, or similar role is beneficial.
