PDT Group is looking for a motivated and organised person to join our Learning and Development team in Gloucester.

Salary: 26,500 per year

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working hours: Between 07:30 and 17:30, exact hours to be agreed

Location: Gloucester office

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, creating PowerPoint slides, improving documents and making information clear and easy to understand. You do not need previous Learning and Development experience. We are looking for someone with strong written English, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What you will do:

  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations, trainer notes and learning materials.
  • Check documents for spelling, grammar, layout and accuracy.
  • Turn information into clear and professional training content.
  • Improve existing training materials.
  • Keep course resources organised and up to date.
  • Use Microsoft Office and other tools to support content creation.

What we are looking for:

  • Good at written English.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Organised and reliable.
  • Careful, accurate and detail-focused.
  • Willing to learn and take feedback.
  • Interested in training, education, writing, design or communication.
  • Previous experience in training, administration, education, content creation or document control would be useful, but it is not essential.
