Here is your chance to do just that. At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their expanding team based in Manchester M22.

This is a full time Learning Coach role combining on site delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship. You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers in the industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions, classroom delivery 4 to 5 days per week for practical and theory
  • Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are met
  • Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and achievement against deadlines
  • Provide constructive feedback that supports learner development and confidence
  • Capture evidence for learning, achievement, Ofsted, and funding compliance
  • Build positive working relationships with employers and learners

What we are looking for:

  • Strong refrigeration and air conditioning industry experience
  • Experience gained from industry and or a training or education environment
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner success
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Confidence working independently in a field-based role

Desirable:

  • Coaching or Assessor qualifications such as TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D
  • Knowledge of government funded training and apprenticeship standards
