United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to elevate the culinary experience at their Newcastle City Centre hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess the leadership skills necessary to ensure all dishes meet our high-quality standards.

This role requires the ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations while running kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

We offer a salary of Β£30,000 per annum for a 40-hour work week.
