Position: Lead Service Coordinator

Location: Office‑Based Canary Wharf

Salary: up to 38k, depending on experience

Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. They are seeking a Lead Service Coordinator to take contract ownership and work closely with the operations manager and the service desk manager. The Lead Service Coordinator will join their ever‑expanding Energy Services Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue‑chip portfolios. The work carried out is a combination of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call‑out service. As the Lead Service Coordinator, you will be working out of the company's office in Canary Wharf, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all works across the flagship contract
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Raise and schedule jobs
  • Provide updates on work
  • Arrange engineers and subcontractors to attend works
  • Compile reports for ongoing works, client and senior management
  • Manage SLA & KPIs
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Manage material orders

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
  • Office based in Canary Wharf
  • Previous role held as Service Coordinator / Helpdesk or similar
  • Highly adept at handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests
  • Highly proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary of £32,000‑38,000 (DOE)
  • 08:00‑17:00 Monday to Friday – Office based in Canary Wharf
  • Overtime available
  • 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays – increasing with service
  • Pension 4%
