- Using your commercial expertise to drive the refurbishment projects for various decarbonisation schemes such as EWI works in Social Housing around the Sheffield to Loughborough area.
- Taking ownership of key contracts and becoming an essential member of the team, recognised through training and progression.
- Leading the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
- Minimising costs and enhancing value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
What you’ll need:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
- Member of RICS
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
