A fantastic super prime residential main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead Quantity Surveyor for a new project upcoming. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into the Commercial Director leading a £5m high-end refurbishment for a high net worth client.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of the project and work closely with their Project Team.
Salary for the Senior Quantity Surveyor is negotiable on experience, ranging from £75,000 to £90,000 as a guide.
