What You Will Do:

  • Lead the design and development of HV battery enclosures, including frames, lids, sealing, venting, and bracketry.
  • Ensure all in-flight programmes meet the latest technical requirements and align with the company’s strategy.
  • Drive efficient integration and compatibility of structural components to achieve key attribute targets.
  • Deliver components and systems that meet cost, weight, NVH, dynamics, safety, and functional objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and supplier tooling releases.
  • Take ownership of platform and project engineering responsibilities during the delivery phase.

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience in HV Battery, Body, or Subframe structural parts engineering.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver safety-critical structural components.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Expertise in component design to meet performance attributes such as durability, stiffness, NVH, and weight.
  • A degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification, with a background in mechanical or structural design.
