What You Will Be Doing

  • Following job cards to carry out approved repairs across multiple vehicle brands
  • Removing and refitting parts to a high standard as an experienced Van Technician
  • Completing safety checks and mechanical inspections on newly arrived vehicles
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic mechanical and electrical issues
  • Ensuring all repairs are carried out to a high standard and quality checking your own work
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment at all times
  • Willingness to complete an MOT tester course if not already qualified as a Van Service Technician

Pay and Benefits

  • £35,000-£45,000 per year depending on experience, qualifications and shift

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience as a Van Technician, Van Service Technician or LCV Technician within a vehicle maintenance environment
  • Previous experience in mechanical and electrical fitting
  • Ability to problem solve and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
