We have an opportunity for a Transport Manager to join our team at our new depot in Kennards House, Launceston. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 11am‑8pm.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing and developing our transport office and driver teams is integral to the success of the role.
Requirements
- Operational management experience in either a Pallet Network, Parcel Network or General haulage, a minimum of 3 years experience
- Transport Planning experience in Devon & Cornwall, minimum of 3 years
- Customer & service delivery focused
- Solutions oriented with Problem Solving Skills in a fast paced environment
- People centric, proven track record of leading, motivating & empowering people
- Driven to achieve KPIs within budget
- Managers CPC essential
- Operators Licence desirable
- Pallet or parcel network experience: 3 years (required)
- Transport office experience: 3 years (required)
- Driving licence (required)
- Transport Manager CPC (required)
- Operators Licence (Preferred)
