What You Will Do:

  • Lead the integration of new technologies into vehicle architectures, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.
  • Act as the technical arbitrator, driving the engineering delivery for the whole vehicle while meeting functional and attribute targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
  • Oversee the progression of technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, builds, tests, and releases, to meet programme milestones.
  • Drive the delivery of Minimum Viable Products through both virtual and physical verification and validation processes.
  • Support studies and problem-solving activities to address complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.

  • Strong automotive technical knowledge, with experience in complex interactions and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vehicle, system, and component design, development, and delivery.
